Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. warehouse avg cost updated with store cost when under receiving a transfer in RMS

when a WH to store transfer is under-received by the store, the WareHouse average cost gets updated and replaced by the store average cost
