Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Create a receipt in foreign currency IL Taxes with one exchange rate;

Now Invoice by matching the receipt with different exchange rate(higher).

How the IL Taxes ERV amount add to Item cost in OPM
