cXML invoice not posting

Hi,


We are trying to implement cXML invoices in our PS system. All the configuration and other setups are completed.

I tested through Send Master and it is working as expected.

We provided similar URL to vendor for posting the invoice – http://Server.XXXX.net:1234/PSIGW/HttpListeningConnector?&MessageName=CXML_INVOICE&From=PSFT_SUPPLIER_NETWORK&To=PSFT_SERVER

But with this URL, vendor is unable to post the invoice to our system.

I am able to access the above URL and post the invoice from third party tool (Send Master) from inside our network.

Whereas, I couldn’t access this URL externally. At this point, vendor believe that is the issue and since vendor is outside of our system, they couldn’t access or post to this URL.
