Oracle EBS - workflow error notification- best practices
Trying to understand the best practices to handle the workflow error notifications.
We are live with R12.2.4 EBS, current the SYSADMIN user account is not assigned any email address.
All error notifications just sits on the Worklist.
We plan to assign an email address to SYSADMIN user account so that the technical team can start getting the error notification and can act on it promptly.
Since we are already live with EBs since last 6 months, do you see any issue if we update the SYSADMIN user account with email address now?
What is industry best practice to handle any WF errors?
