Using EMC (Mobile approvals) - having trouble with Android phone for response

Using EMC (Mobile approvals) when I open the original outgoing email requesting the approval on my iPad, it works perfectly. If I open it on my PC, I have to open the attachment (html) and then I can select approve and submit and that works fine. If I open the email on my phone (Android), I can select the Approve option and the Submit but the phone doesn't know what to do with code to create the response email. It asks Open With, but offers no options. Any suggestions on this?
