Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Integration Broker Error Notification – No message generated

We have followed the steps in http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E58500_01/pt854pbh1/eng/pt/tibm/concept_UnderstandingBatchErrorNotification-237f50.html#topofpage to enable Integration Broker Error Notifications. When we generate an error however, no notifications are being sent. I can’t figure out what is missing.

I am not sure how to cause an error for testing so I have been resubmitting old messages with Publication errors.

Steps to Replicate:

Configure PT_AMM_WF
Generate an error or timeout in Integration Broker (we have been resubmitting a USER_PROFILE message we know will error out).
