AR Payment UPload via Excel, we get tables loaded but deposits won't process. Error says Check Bank

we get tables loaded but deposits won't process. Error says Check Bank Acct Info. We don't have dupliate bank ids (earlier issue). Trace is not helpng. does anyone have acheck list for setup? thanks
