REQUESTOR UNABLE TO VIEW DETAILS ON FUNDS CHECK EXCEPTIONS

The requestor is not able to view the details after doing fund check.

After performing 'Funds Check' process the process ends with exceptions.

When the requestor clicked the 'View Details' button, an error was thrown as 'Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your system administrator."hat

What function needs to be given?

Please help.
