SetupPTClient- for Deploying the Native OS Update Image

I've managed to get the PS Image up and working in a Virtual Windows environment.  Next up is attempting to install the client tools and change assistant onto the VM.  As I didn't use Virtual box to install the image (did a bare metal install), I tried installing from E:\psft\pt\tools_client executing the SetupPTClient.bat but came back with the following:

PTCDPK-31001: setupptclient:Update Manager folders or files missing for PeopleTools Client Deployment"

        ECHO "Please refer to Prerequisites: section in readme.txt before running SetupPTClient for Update Manager."

        rem ECHO Files are missing from this shared location from Server DPK"
