ebs connector issue while provisioning user account in ebs

Hi All,

We have installed oim 11.1.2.3 and we deployed ebs user management connector 11.1.1.5 for provisioning user to our ebs 11i.

when we try to provision user account in ebs and request account from oim we noticed the account status is provisioning not provisioned and when we check provisioning task tab we find this task rejected however the user account created in ebs and we can login with this account and when we checked oim logs we found this exception parsed in our oim logs
