Configuration to Un-Collapse Pay Rates Section in Job Data

In Job Data, the Pay Rates section (under the Compensation tab) is collapsed/minimized by default. Are there any technical configurations available so that we can avoid customizing the page if we want this section maximized/un-collapsed by default? This is a section we use frequently to view Annual salary and would prefer to be able to do this at-a-glance without having to un-collapse the section each time.
