Is it possible in the Buyer Work Center to add CPA as an outcome on the Document Builder?

Would like to be able to take a requisiton from the BWC and have the outcome as a CPA in the Document Builder.  Create a RFQ, receive pricing then award as a CPA.  Need to know if this is possible.  We currently use 12.1.3.
