Forms personalization to default view to different level
Does anyone know how to do a forms personalization to default the 'view' in the Collections workbench? We run Collections at Bill To level, but usually the users need to search at Account level when a new form is opened or the form is cleared. I read Doc ID 1523093.1 which makes it sound like there's no delivered functionality for this so I think a personalization is required.
