New note about manifest.xml is missing in Change Assistant

I have created the following new note related to the error message that manifest.xml missing when attempting to apply the FSCM Maintenance Pack 12 Delta in the Change Assistant (I know of at least 2 customers that experienced this issue):

Note 2140026.1 - E-CA: "<Download directory>\FSCM910_MP12_DELTA_2of2.zip could not be read: FSCM910_MP12_DELTA_2of2\manifest.xml is missing from archive <Download directory>\FSCM910_MP12_DELTA_2of2.zip" Error When Applying MP12 Delta
