How to avoid Anonymous OAM audit records

edited May 25, 2016 2:38AM in Identity Management (MOSC) 1 comment

Hi,

I have OAM 11gR2PS3BP4 environment with auditing enabled. I had filtered the audit events to the required ones and I am capturing only Authentication & Logout scenarios.

I find audit data containing huge number of anonymous records under Authentication event.. On further analysis I find that,

1. Anonymous records are related to /.../* url, which is mapped to Public Resource Policy as per Federation configuration. ( We have a large user base using  federated apps, so the number of requests to these apps are high and so are the anonymous records).  These records have IAU_BASE.IAU_INITIATOR as 'Anonymous". And Hence I couldn't find any use of these records as part of auditing.

Howdy, Stranger!
