Collection Workbench Lockup

Users reporting locking up several time a day within Collection Workbench

They do not receive an error message however the system just stops responding and the curser just spins. The only way to resolve is to exit Oracle and then log back in.

They are using Internet Explorer 9 version 9.0.8112.16421 update 9.0.39

Has anyone else experienced this?
