How to receive and Send XML message through an particular URL from EBS R12.2

Hi All,

We have EBS R12.2.4,

We want to send  xml message  to and particular URL from EBS and receive xml messages in EBS system.

For This B2B integration we are planning Oracle XML Gateway/ Integrated SOA Gateway.

Can anyone help me out for the setups from infrastructure side and EBS functional side.
