Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Overdue Method - Dunning Plan

Need to send Soft letter after 90 days. (No dunning letter before 90 days) during 2nd week of every month.

Then 3rd week of every month to send a hard letter. This follows callbacks to get money.

Again next month, same soft letter in 2nd week, hard letter in 3rd week. This continues each month.

How to setup overdue method for this? (This requirement is not also configurable through staged dunning plan)

Any hint or suggestion would be helpful.
