Can the approval app be connected to 2 url same time

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3. For financial applications we one server and HCM we use different server. I have installed the required patches and can connect with mobile app the instance via VPN. My question is there a way to connect both URLs at the same time to see the approvals under same user name.
