Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to monitor RTP and RTCP in SBCs

Dear Team,

We are running on 720M5 in 6300 SBC.

we got the complained about the media flow from SBCs are having low acd.

Specially on those IPs where we are not getting RTCP packet.

How to check the RTCP and RTP packet flow in SBC and what are the options available to monitor RTP and RTCPs.
