Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to run a query with specific date field output requirements -

1. the date fields need to be in the DD-MMM-YYYY format ie 01-JAN-2016
