PT855.05 installation on NativeOS(windows) is failing

Hi All,

I am trying to installation PT855.05 on windows(NativeOS). Extracting of the DPK binaries is done successfully but when I am running the

puppet apply site.pp --debug --trace , I am getting the error as below.
