MCF Inbound Mails

Hi,

i am trying to create a functionality similar to the AWE but only with the email part. I need to send email from the system and to have approval over email. I am able to successfully trigger emails with MCF classes but i do not have any clue on how to handle the Inbound Mail classes of MCF. It will be of great help if there are any documents to refer for this purpose.
