Do the Changes made to the job roles, after creating Data Role Templates, reflect?

Hi,

I have made some changes to my custom job roles after i created the data roles using the Template. Now my concern is whether these changes that i made to the job role will get reflected in the corresponding data roles or not.

Any suggestion/advice is welcome.
