OAM 11gr2:User Session Closing Abruptly

Hi Community,

We are having a issue in our environment we have integrated a application with IDM with webgate 10g.While users are actively working on the application side, suddenly they are getting logged off from the active session.

Not sure why this kind of behavior is happening?
