Using Change Assistant and other PeopleTools

Hi All,

I want to do DPK installation on linux OS (Native OS). My question is that as Change assistance and other peopletools such as app-designer and datamover are all windows based, How can I use them or configure them in accordance to my DPK?

Also what are the pros and cons of intsalling DPK in linux instead of windows.
