Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there MPR is set for Financial Application Release 9.0

I am trying to find our what is MPR for our Financial Application release 9.0 we are in. or if anything (MPR) set for it.

I have tried MOS, Community and Doc ID: 1348959.1 , but Nothing mentioned anywhere or I get an answer.

on another note, we are Peopletools: 8.53 and application: 9.0 , can we do Peopletools only upgrade to 8.54 with our current application version?
