FCM Login issue

Hi All,

We are using Hyperion 11.1.2.3.500. A user is provisioned as FCM admin. But after logging into workspace and selecting financial close manager, she is redirected to one more login page and she is not able to login from there. Does any of you know why it again redirecting to login page for FCM. I am also provisioned as FCM Admin and I am able to see close manager without one more login page
