Unable to go the RFQ form after Create RFQ through auto create functionality

Dear Gurus,

I have Create RFQ from Auto create form.I have selected Action "Create",Document type"RFQ", Then click on Automatic, I selected RFQ Type Bid RFQ, Then click Create. RFQ form is not opening automatically ( Unable to go the RFQ form automatically) Same issue is coming RFQ to Quotation through Copy docyment functionaliyt. Is is setup issue or patch issue. Pleae guide me,
