Navigation Control 'Side Menu' with Aurora does not render in custom repository with Vanilla applica

I enabled the "Service Mobile Object Manager (ENU)" component with "Siebel Service for Mobile" application in our custom repository where we use application "Siebel Power Communications" in IP14 PS10.

My goal is to have a complete separate application where I can create a demo of a mobile application. For the mobile application, I did:

  - I created a new Virtual directory with vanilla content (public directory);

  - I am using a separate srf, the out-of-the-box srf;

  - I am using the out-of-the-box web templates;

  - I disabled all custom manifests created for Siebel Power Comunications.

I can login normally in the resulting mobile application using 'Tab' or 'Tree' Naviation Control with Aurora Theme, but when I change the Navigation Control to 'Side Menu', the application does not render properly with the controls dispersed incorrectly and a lot of page's elements missing. From the mobile object manager log file, I cannot get any useful error message.
