Sourcing & Procurement Contracts

We have bought licenses for both products. We are just wondering if we should do Sourcing first and then roll out Procurement Contracts. The other thought is they are so tied close to each other so may be a good idea to roll them out together. Any feedback from experts who have done it would be very appreciated.
