Question Mark Icons in PS9.2

In a number of delivered 9.2 pages there is now a question mark icon at the different headers levels within the pages that deliver standard language about the use of that sections of the page.  The text does not apply to our use of the system.  Is there a way to disable these icons throughout the system?
