msca responsibility not showing in msca client

HI,

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question. We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We created a custom responsibility called MSCA Counting User that included the following menu Mobile Inventory Counting, Mobile Cycle Counting, mobile Physical counting, mobile item inquiry, view jobs, mobile item inquiry locator.

I assign this responsibility to the user. But the users does not see this responsibility in MSCA client.

When i assign the default seeded Manufacturing Mobile Apps to the user, the user will be able to see the responsibility in the client. What maybe missing from the custom responsibility?
