Email notification on Data Validation Failed--EBS Trusted Reconciliation

Hi,

We want to send an email notification to Administrator notifying that Creation Failed while creating user from EBS Trusted Reconciliation due to UserID is already exist.

We tried to configure notification as in (Doc ID 560808.1) and set the STATUS to R but nothing is sent to Administrators when reconciliation failed.


Note that we are using OIM 11gR2 (11.1.2.3.5)
