Distributing config files to populate settings in Oracle standard mobile apps...

Hi

I am looking for information on how to build config files that can be distributed to managed devices to set-up the Oracle standard mobile apps.  Scope of apps to deploy is;

- Fusion Expenses

- eBS Mobile Approvals

- BI-HD (for OBIEE)

We will 'push' a link to install the apps to all managed devices using mobile device management platform and could at the same time distribute a config file (like .plist on iOS) in this case to set the company URL in the app settings. 

If anyone has experience of this I would be grateful if you could share.
