Install HCM 9.2 PI17 using Windows Native OS, where are the service to startup app and batch server

After running DPK native OS to install HCM 9.2 PI17 on Windows 2012 R2, all components installed fine and the only service for PeopleSoft added is "PIA Domain PeopleSoft Service". I don't see service for App and Batch. Can anyone confirm that? Also, this new "PIA Domain PeopleSoft Service" is running a "ruby" command but can't tell what's doing and how to modify it. Please share if you have more info.
