Step by Step Setup a REST Query as a Service A-Z using PUM as a starting point

Hi guys.

I have done basic setup of the Integration Broker between Finance and HCM but when it comes to setting up a REST Query Service I'm struggling due to the lack of completeness in all of the PeopleBooks, Blogs and other sites that I have Googled over the last couple of weeks.  I frequently see posts that refer to PeopleBooks.  Please note that I don't mean any disrespect when it comes to PeopleBooks but in some cases they are either incorrect or are lacking 360 perspective detail that in some cases I personally need to paint the full picture (I know
