HCM - Fluid - Issue with PS not knowing signon is with Mobile device

Hi - Is anyone using HCM fluid?   We are currently in the process of trying to implement Fluid but we are having issues with PT not knowing we are signing on as a Mobile device when we use IDM.  Is there a bug someone knows about?  We are currently on 8.54.08.
