Task notes not getting updated in OIM UI for AD user

Hi,

When we are updating notes for the tasks (Resource History -> Task Name -> Notes: ) related to "AD User" resource it is not getting visible in UI. How ever task notes details are getting updated successfully in database (sch.sch_note field) each time we add a new Note.The notes are reflecting correctly in UI for other resources.

In Test environment we can see the notes in UI for AD User Resource. Same set of patches are applied in both Test and Production environment.

Please suggest an approach to figure out the possible reasons behind such behavior.
