Update Manager page is missing after upgrading to PeopleTools 8.55.06 in ELM 9.2 PI12. Has anyone el

I completed an application upgrade in ELM from 9.0 to 9.2 PI6 with PeopleTools 8.54.09. I then did a get current hop to PI12. And just finished a PeopleTools 8.55.06 upgrade. I went back into the application to see if there are any application patches that need to be applied for PeopleTools 8.55 and Update Manager doesn't exist in the Life Cycle Tools.
