Moving customer between Dunning plans
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has come across this scenario before or has an opinion on how it would work?
Example scenario:
1. Customer is on our standard dunning plan (driven by standard Account Scoring Engine)
2. Customer is issued Overdue notice
3. Customer is issued Failure to Pay(FTP) notice
4. We call customer and can’t get hold of anyone so move them to another dunning plan to send them an ‘unable to contact’ letter – this will most likely be a letter that is printed and posted
5. We get hold of the customer and get updated details so want to move them back on to the standard dunning plan but we don’t want them to go back to step 1 above, we want them to go into the flow post the FTP notice
