In RTF BI Publisher report the table properties are gone after running. Is this a bug?

I created an RTF BI Publisher report with several tables in it. In these tables I have set Preferred width and Specified height. When I run the report all these settings are gone.

Can someone tell me if this is an error? Thank you in advance!
