Unable to start ONLY WSL and JSL in Tuxedo 6.5 using PSADMIN

Team,

I am unable to start only WSL and JSL listeners in People Tools 7.5 using Tuxedo 6.5 using psadmin. Any help to resolve this issue. I can start other peoplesoft processes including BBL.

we migrated the peoplesoft 7.5 instance from Solaris 8 server to other one, after migration, this issue comes up. I have attached all the required details at the log.

People Tools 7.5

Tuxedo 6.5

Solaris 8

Oracle 8
