Text catalog hyperlink open do modal window

I want to create a text catalog entry that includes a hyperlink between static text, clicking the hyperlink should open the resulting peoplesoft page in a do modal window.  I can create the text catalog entry just fine but the hyperlinked page will only open in a new window (not modal).  Is it possibelt o open a do modal window from a text catalog hyperlink?
