Printing Dynamic Images in BI Publisher

Is there a way to print images that are stored in the database through BI Publisher? We have a performance evaluation form generated using XML file created with peoplecode. Now, we want to display the employee photo on the evaluation form using the table PS_EMPL_PHOTO dynamically.
