SSO - Apps protected with different ID Store Schemes

We have currently integrated EBS 12.1.3 and ADF applications with OAM. Each application behaves as expected i.e. OAM successfully authenticates and authorizes the users and redirects to the application.


However, SSO does not work when user is first logged in to ADF apps and tries to the EBIS url. The reverse works i.e. if user logs in to EBS first, then they can successfully SSO to the ADF app without being challenged

ADF policies are protected using a forms based authentication module/scheme using ODSEE

EBIS is protected using an FBA scheme using OID


We do not have a OVD set up and wanted to know if it is even feasible to SSO enable these 2 apps.
