Cannot install IDM/OID

Hello, I tired in past days to install IDM 11.1.1.9 without any success. I saw tens of different errors in various stages, that's probably the most frustrating Oracle deployment I ever tried. After many fails I broke it down to these elementary steps to find the failing one:

Installing RDBMS 11.2.0.4 on Solaris SPARC

Installing WLS 10.3.6 from generic jar using Oracle JDK 1.7

Installing IDM 11.1.1.9

Creating DB instance

Using RCU 11.1.1.9 to create OID repository in DB

Creating and starting WLS instance with IDM option enabled, verify I can reach it on host:port/console

...and technically, the last step would be to create IDM instance. Now, I run $MW_HOME/Oracle_IDM1/bin/config.sh, select 'Extend existing domain', fill WLS connection details, paths for a new instance, and on 'Configure components page' I receive INST-5194 error as on attached screen. Java stack error appears in startweblogic log on every try:
