Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. OAAM web service VCryptTrackerWS does not provide proper response when accessed over HTTPS 14301

Env:

OAAM PS2

When VCryptTrackerWS is accessed over HTTP such as

http://oam.com:14300/oaam_server/services/VCryptTrackerWS provides user security questions information properly.

But

when accessed over HTTPS

https://oam.com:14301/oaam_server/services/VCryptTrackerWS does not provide user security question information, even though user exists.

Does this require any specific configuration on OAAM side to enable VCryptTrackerWS over 14301?
