OIM - AD password Sync with Multiple domains is failing to capture Password

Hi,

We have 5 AD Domains with DR.COM as parent and AMER.COM, CORP.COM, APAC.COM and EMEA.COM as 4 child domains. There 750+ domain controllers in AD forest.

We have installed password sync agents on all 750+ DCs.

a. Login to Domain controller for Amer.COM domain and search for the user in the Corp.COM domain and reset the password. The password is not reset for the user in OIM. Also the persistent queue data for the user is not created on either of the domains.

b. The OIMMain connector logs on the Amer.COM domain does not show any information about the user about the failed password change.
