Can I have many users set up with the Collections Manager Role?

I have found through several notes on Oracle Support and my testing that the "Collections Manager" role needs to be assigned in order to view Dunning transactions, Update Staged Dunning level, etc.  These are all things that collectors will need to be able to do themselves and not just the manager.  Can I set up my whole Collections Team with the Collections Manager role?  What else does this role provide a user?  Will I have issues if the entire group has the "Collections Manager" role set up?
